Saved regimens, grouped by date. No client names are stored — each entry is just the products and instructions used that day, for your own reference.
Usage at a glance — nothing here is tied to any client, just counts.
Reorder how products appear within each category. Shared catalog products can be removed from your list (your admin can re-add them anytime); products you added yourself can be deleted permanently.
Adds a product only to your own office — it won't appear for any other office. It'll be sorted into the category you choose, alongside your other products there.
Pre-saved product lists staff can drop into a regimen in one step. They show up in the Quick Add dropdown at the start of the Builder toolbar. Picking one adds its products to whatever is already on the sheet (anything already there is skipped), and staff can still adjust from there.
Reusable notes staff can toggle on when building a regimen (e.g. "Tretinoin Usage Notes," "Makeup Usage Notes"). A Taper Schedule note shows a printable week-by-week table instead of bullet points — applying it to a regimen lets staff check off products to remove and build a linked "New Regimen" sheet alongside the original. A Suggested Treatments note lets staff check off which of your listed treatments to print in the bottom-right corner of the sheet, next to the reorder QR code.
Applying this note in the Builder pops up a checklist of everything listed below — staff check off which treatments to print for this patient. It appears in the bottom-right footer of the sheet, alongside the reorder QR code, not in the general Notes area.
When staff apply this note to a regimen, they check off which products are being removed — that generates a linked "New Regimen" sheet with those taken out, ready for replacement products. Both sheets print this same table in their Notes section.
Matches your own color scheme — applies to your app view and printed regimen sheets.
Used by the Email button — {patient} is replaced with the name typed in for that printout.
Check the products coming off for the New Regimen. Everything left unchecked carries over automatically — you can add the replacement products afterward.
